In 1945, there was an explosion from a U.S. bomb called "Fat Man" and towered 45,000 feet over the town of Nagasaki.
This photo intrigues me because it makes me wonder about how much the explosion destroyed afterwards.

A group of 11 workers back in 1932 sitting on top of a beam which was 840 feet above the ground eating lunch on what is now known as the 69th floor of what is now the GE Building in New York.
This photo intrigues me because it makes me wonder about if they dropped anything while eating lunch and if anyone saw anything fall if they did drop something.

The Hindenburg exploding back on May 6, 1937, which was a 804-foot-long zeppelin that was filled with hydrogen and killed 36 people when it exploded.
This photo intrigues me because I've always been interested in the Hindenburg and why it was filled with hydrogen and not something as flammable.
